At the age of six, while living in Nairobi Kenya, Beatrice confronted the unshakable reality that she was gradually losing her central vision due to the rare form of a disease known as Stargardts, a juvenile form of macular degeneration. Over the years, this condition has stolen most of her ability to see details. The author shares from her heart about the challenges she faces as a woman who lives with visual impairment, while skillfully narrating her life experiences, having lived in Kenya and now in the USA. Using humor and her extensive biblical wisdom, Beatrice is able to empower anyone who desires to be victorious in what they desire to achieve or become in life.
